60 Curzon is a boutique ultra-prime residential development in Mayfair, London, designed by the late architectural visionary Thierry Despont. Recognised among London’s top 20 highest-value new apartment schemes, the project comprises 32 expansive lateral residences, each with generous natural light and views over a central courtyard, Mayfair, and the wider cityscape. The building was crafted by the acclaimed PLP Architecture, led by Lee Polisano, and showcases a refined Art Deco-inspired style. The tranquil courtyard garden, designed by Gustafson Porter + Bowman, seamlessly blends with Mayfair’s streetscape, creating a serene urban oasis in the heart of the city’s most exclusive district.
