Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receipt, and will aim to do so within 5 working days. Our acknowledgement will confirm that we are investigating the matter and, where possible, give an expected date for completion.
We will provide a substantive response without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt. If your complaint is complex, we may extend this by up to two further months, and will tell you within one month if we need to do so.
Referring your complaint to the ICO
You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The ICO will not usually consider a complaint about an organisation until the matter has been raised with that organisation first, so we would ask that you contact us before approaching them.
